How fast can you get to me?
We're a local locksmith based in the Hanover–Collingwood area, not a call centre dispatching from a city two hours out. Tell us where you are and we'll give you an honest arrival time on the call — before you commit to anything.
Will you have to drill my lock?
Almost never. We pick or bypass the lock first — that's the trade. Drilling is a last resort, and if it ever comes to that, we tell you before we touch it, along with what the replacement will cost.
What does a lockout cost?
$175 for a residential lockout, $275 after-hours. That's the number on the invoice too — we don't raise the price because you're stressed. Every service price is listed right on this page.
Are you available after hours?
Scheduled work runs weekdays, 9 to 5. The emergency line is answered after hours when we can get to you — call, and if we can come, we'll tell you when and what it costs before we roll.
What do you need from me at a lockout?
Proof it's your place — ID with the address, or something that reasonably shows you live there. A locksmith who opens doors without checking isn't one you want existing.
How do I pay?
